blahblahblahblahblah. he cries to much. its a bitch and sucks, but really, thats why we have insurance police and courts. he will get what the car was worth i dont see why some people are freaking **** about this. lol. nothing to worry about until you get the "your car isnt worth ****" call from the insurance company. it was a nice car, and i remember how recently he joined. sympathy is with him but he needs to chill and THINK about what to do instead of goin nutso.

I totally agree with the whole bitchy thing on everyone elses part (with him, someone trashed his baby, i'd be like totally freaking out too if that happened to me for the first day, he has since like calmed waaaaaaaaaaay down about it), and right now the ball is already rolling with the courts and insurance and the word on it being totalled or not hasn't come back yet. The car is in a reputable body shop here that specializes in unibodies and are hard at work restoring it, and they said they can fix it. At the least he had his suspension upgrades that never went into the Z still sitting in his room that are now like waaaaaaaaaaaay more useful in this situation (hehe, that had to be pointed out when i called him yesterday). Things all in all are starting to work themselves out, it's just crappy it happened in the first place.

the best advise i saw there was to tell the insurance company your going to sue the guy, if they didnt pay in full that is. that was pure genious.

Wow, he demanded & got $3,200 for the damage... that doesn't seem like much.
I know the resto-shop I use would charge me alot more to repair / replace damages like that... but that's prolly cause I don't know shyt about fixin' cars.

frankly i would be hella pissed of some cake *** pulled out in front of me because they lacked the ability to look before moving, frankly if they pulled out infront of me they would be on the wrong end of things, especially if they were in another car and not a truck or something.
