Angry Aaaaaaaaagh!!!!!!!

$$&^*%%*&%(#&$#$#$&%*^%(&)(&*

I HATE MY INSURANCE!!!!! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE! HATE THOSE BASTARDS, I WISH THEY WOULD DIE AND THEN DIE AGAIN!

Ok when i was planning on buying a new car, i came accross a 2002 audi a6 2.7 liter twin turbo 6 speed manual, with sport package. i mean that car had every option on it, and an audi s4 engine, all wrapped with the nicest interior ever. i call my insurance, and i get a quote....wasn't bad, but that car wasn't for me, since i am 21, and most of the guys driving that are at least 40, and i wanted something fun and something i wouldn't feel weird driving without a suit on so i get a subaru wrx.... i call my insurance, and the quote they give me for 6 months is $1459.80, a little high for a damn subaru, but whatever, i can do it. so today i get a statement from my insurance company with a new rate....that is 4 months after i have been paying $243.3 per month, stating that my new premium is 2340.10/ 6 months!!!!! which is a whopping $390 per month for a damn subaru!!!!..... i am on the phone with this retard lady trying to understand why the f*ck did my insurance go up some 62% , and the answer she gives me....."Well sir, i have been notified that insurance rates in Virginia might have gone up...." ...ok ok well you know they can't go up that much, and she agrees with me, then she tells me i was quoted that quote when i called from the dealership when i was putting the vehicle on the policy....I say as politely as i could without reaching through the phone line and snapping her neck in half that i was quoted $1459.8, and that was the deciding factor in getting a vehicle, and you know what the b*tch told me.....she said i was making it up, as i am holding the damn insurance report which is stating that I, in fact am paying $1459.80/ 6 months.....She asked me where did i get that paper, and when i said that her worthless company sent it to me in mail, she says it was a mistake my insurance agent made. so tomorrow bright and early i am going to my insurance agents office and sticking my foot so far up his a$$ that he's gonna need all the insurance he can get just to get it out.

Ok i am done venting, and tomorrow i am going to get my old rate back, or i am going to sue the f*cker for f*cking me over ok i am all better now, sorry for wasting your time...

Edited for b300z

I got Allstate down here in FLorida and I pay $170 a month for 2 "sports" cars with full coverage.......and to me thats a lot!(I'm 25)

Maybe you should ask your agent if he still has the KY he was supposed to use when he tried screwing you......he'll probably need it to get your foot out.

That sounds like us also we have a full size truck sedan and a sports car and we only pay 150 a month and that is with two people on it. So now I don't feel so bad about paying mine every month.

What is a full size truck sedan??? Is that what they're calling the Avalanche now?

Wrecker....sorry buddy, but you're probably screwed. Even though you have that little piece of paper in your hand that was faxed to you, it doesn't mean squat. What you can do is compare the coverages (unisured motorist, liability, medical, towing) and deductibles for what you have now to what you were faxed. You'll probably find that something's changed. May be a good investment to buy a Z now, then you can get a multi-line discount. Either that, or get older.

When I bought my Z my insurance went from $1710 every 6 months to $1975. I was pissed but I kinda expected it. That rate is for five vehicles and four drivers. And only three vehicles are at full coverage.

It'll sure be nice when I can get those pesky kids off my policy!!!!!!

You need to be careful with this. Find out who the insurance policy is through. Low budget companies like Progressive, Mercury, etc. will give you a low rate, but if you're in an accident, then you can only take your car to certain authorized service centers. These centers are usually the kind of places that you wouldn't fell comfortable taking your 1982 Ford Pinto to. Moral of the story is,...you get what you pay for. What deductibles do you have???? I'm carrying 250 comp and 500 collision. If you have lower deductibles, then your premium will be much higher. My G/F and I have 3 cars (my Z, my Z71 and her Acura). We pay $266/month toal for full coverage on all three cars. She has roadside assistance on her car. We have homeowners and life insurance through them also, so we have several discounts.

ok guys...new insurance...same coverage, same deductible, and for old grumpy man (91zxtt) i asked about repairs, and they said same as my other insurance, which is the shop of my choice, or check. i also had them run the vin number for the Z i am planning on buying and liability on it is going to be only $50 a month more... my insurance for a wrx is $237 a month now which kicks ***... speaking of kicking ***...my insurance agent told me that my rate doubled since i had a racing ticket 18 months ago?????? i told him they have raised my insurance since and he said that they raised it again... i called him an idiot, since every time i started saying something he'd cutt me off with..."hold on let me check here" i also called his boss and told him how i was mistreated by that imbecil, and that i am writing the letter of complaint to the president of the company. he told me that they will look further into my policy to see what can be done, and he also assigned me another agent... If i decide to stay with nationwide...all in all a pretty good day...and oh yeah UVA crushed Clemson last night

I just love that answer. Why don't they just say, "I don't know my *** from a hole in the ground, so let me stare at my computer monitor pretending to search for the answer while I think up some good BS so that you'll just leave and not bother me anymore."

I pulled that out of my Webster's Dictionary For People Who Can't Find Their Asses With A Search Party....Edition VII. It's really helped me make sense of the stupid BS I hear on a daily basis.

Hahahaha... exactly what it was....he was like "hmmm.... looks to me that that you have gotten a ticket." and i replyed..."tes sir, 19 months ago!!!!!! and i know how insurance comanies are...it doesn't take them 19 months ta catch on"....and he was like...."hmmm....right" and that was the point where i was about to stick my foot up his a$$, but then i remembered that i am not 17 anymore (b300z) so i just told him i will go home and check my records where my insurance has gone up a week after my ticket, going to bring it back to him, and cancel my policy

I forgot to add a comma a full size truck, a sedan, and a sports car sorry for the confusion. You couldn't give me an Avalanche, I wouldn't be caught dead in one of those. My truck is a 78 bronco.

Insurance policies are just like gasoline. The prices will increase dramatically overnight, but it takes an eternity for it to drop back down.

It boggles my mind to watch gas prices. The other day,...it was $2.49/gallon on the way to work. On the way back home it jumped to $2.55. Last night it was $2.55 and it was up to $2.59 this morning. Originaly we were told that the prices jumped because the Florida Hurricanes caused an interruption in the supply line. Ok.....last time I checked, it's been a while since the last hurricane. Shouldn't the prices come back down? Conveniently, the price per barrell of oil happened to increase shortly after the hurricanes. So, that means that those bastard oil companies can get away with raping us for awhile longer. If I didn't live 12 miles from work, I'd ride my bike. Maybe I'll get a motorcycle, or start driving Dad's VW Jetta TDI (almost 50mpg).

91, what ya gonna do, eh?
I've just plain given up on getting worked up about it. The hurricane did likely have an impact as it affected the reserve. But like everything else that they come up with, its just another excuse. They have new excuse everyday to increase prices, slow down output, etc, etc...

Call it a conspiracy or coersion it doesn't matter. As long as we are dependant on the few that have all the power. We are stuck and we'll pay so we can drive.

Eventually alternative fuel sources will have to come into play and when competition exists, maybe we'll get a break. Or at least more of a choice.

I was watching Die Hard the other day and when the cop walks outside the gas station you can see the price was like 79 cents and I started thinking about when gas went up to a dollar a gallon and how everybody got so upset. I really miss paying less that 80 cents a gallon but like you say until something better comes along we are all along for the ride.
