For those that are interested this vehicle was a very low mileage example sold to the PO 8/13 with 36k. It was put into a ditch by the PO's son with 50k on the clock.
It is a red 84 automatic (GL) pwr windows, locks, mirrors, analog gauges, and cloth seats. Interior code is (G) grey/silver. Most of the parts of the car are in excellent condition. The shell is the only item that was really damaged in the accident as well as the front crossmember and rt LCA. The rest is in very good condition. The A/C is complete and had a full charge. Everything on the car worked. It's really a shame as this was also a tin top. The engine and fuel injection have been sold as well as the front hubs. So I'll post a bunch of pictures, there is a lot to sift through so please be patient. I will do my best to work with all buyers as the purpose is to "keep em on the road". I need to move these parts on as the trailer they are stored in is going to be sold as well. I will entertain all reasonable offers for individual pieces or lots or the whole lot. Do you have the RH fender, or was that banged up in the crash?

Any cracks on the LH Tail Light?

Thanks for your note. I have included a more detailed picture of the tail light assembly. Very good condition. I do not have either front fender or the center rear plate light. I do have the hood, deck lid, doors, bumpers, (3) wheels 2 with brand new rubber, rear C/M, swing arms, shocks, differential, auto trans, driveshaft, exhaust, and several other items I will list shortly with pictures

 

Did the hood get banged up in the wreck?

 

I will take some pictures of the hood and post tomorrow in the light. I believe it is in good condition

I tried to find a rack and pinion myself and had the absolute worst experience of my life. I brought one on EBay and it was JUNK!! I had to fight for over a month to get a refund, but I finally did. I'm not saying that EBay is a bad place to try a find one, I unfortunately got a shady dealer at the time. That part is almost impossible to find, my best suggestion is the find a reputable repair shop near you to have yours rebuilt. It was a much better outcome at about half the cost.
