Man the timing is a little too soon. I do plan on getting Sportmax wheels. But I still need to do a few things first. Hopefully there will be a sale, when I have the money.

Notice that they came out with 9 inch width for the 15's! The 280ZX is a perfect candidate for 9's in the back. Not many cars can fit that wide of a wheel under the stock fender.

No 16x9 maybe because of the poor tire selection for 16 inch diameter.

to bad it isn't a little negative offset on the 9's so flared S30's could squeeze them under the rear

It would still be a good fit, just not hellaflush!

15x8 is flush in the rear of a stock S30

So if I decide to get the 15 x 9's. What would be a good tire size for a shorter height, and just a tad of the tire over the wheel? Keeping with my old school agressive stance?

Just a tad smaller overall diameter?
245/45-15 should do the trick

My sister just ordered some wheels. They show up as in stock online but then an email tells her they are backordered!

Yeah shorter tire height, and I want the tire sticking outside the wheel just a tad. Kind of hard to explain. lol

I want to get the 522 in chromium black, just wish they offered a 15x9 or even a 15x10.
