RWcert

I've been looking around for a Z and I keep on seeing a mention of RWcert. What does this mean!?!? I'm guessing that it something to do with road-worth and is an Australian term so thats why I'm posting it in here, but could someone please let me know what it is and what would the disadvantage be of buying a car without it. Thanks.

A road worthy certificate is now called a safety certificate and you need one for your car if you want to get it registered to drive on australian roads. If you buy a car without one it might need some work done to it to make it safe to drive on the road.

feel lukky this is my first post, hoped it helped you out ;)
