Depends on what you wanna do. If you plan to go autocrossing or do hard corner carving in the hills and canyons, take the track model hands down.

If you'd rather not have the higher payment get the performance trim. You can always add better brakes later, much better than even the stock Brembos.
Or you could pick up a track model used for about the price of a performance, if you don't mind buying slightly used and look around.

Get the track! Or you could get the performance and add track brakes or even better brakes.

Get the performance, change your brake lines to stainless steel brake lines, throw in some ferrodo DS2500 street/track pads and change your brake fluid to Motul 600. Your single piston calipers on the performance model will perform and not fade just like the brembos so save yoursefl some money. The single piston calipers are also ligter than the brembos so less rotating mass. all all of this for only 350 bucks.
