K&N vs Other

Was shopping around on performance intakes. Noticed that there were a few to choose from and was wondering if anyone has tried the Typhoon intake by K&N. This one has cought my eye b/c it says 10hp-15hp increase. And others such as NISMO, INJEN ect.. are all around the 6HP. Is this accurate info who should i go with......

They will all perform about equal. The differences will be very minimal. 10-15hp is very optimistic, 5-10whp is more realistic. Also, the performance increase will be in the high RPMs, not throughout the entire powerband. If you want to save money just get a K&N drop in filter. If you are buying for looks and sound then take your pick, it's all subjective.
