I am interested in buying a Mastergrade ASM hood for my Z. I am curious if anyone has this hood installed. If so what are your opinions about quality, fit / finish, pricing, compared to the competition etc. Any help would be appreciated.




BTW: I didn't do a search because I am looking for people's most recent experiences.

 

I still have my OEM hood but I am definitely upgrading in the future to a carbon fiber. Yes Painted, I hate it when their left unpainted. Paint only weighs it down 1/2 a lbs.

There is a carbon fiber with 3 louvers on each side for heat removal but at the cost of water entering the engine bay which leaves me back to square one. OEM carbon fiber.
