Hi guys - bought a 90 zx auto to putter around in the city (I don't need a car so it is just for fun). Has 146k miles and the valve cover gasket is leaking, also have no record if the timing belt was done. Thinking about either investing in doing both or just buying a replacement motor VG30DE (maybe a VG30DET(T) if i'm dumb enough). Anyone know a good mechanic familiar with these cars in Mass? Im in Boston but can go wherever for someone who knows the car. Any advice would be great...I'm not looking to go crazy and make it super fast, it is just something to get me around on the weekends.
