1st off im new to the z...but any wayz..my automatic tranny is making a wierd wynding sound when i accelerate and it doesnt shift smoothly as well, especially going into third...it'll redline at 3rd for a couple of seconds and then transition. its a loud wynding sound(like a f'd up supercharger sound).
how do i fix this?

The auto trannies in the Z32's are problematic. You can try changing the fluid. If that doesn't work, then you're likely looking at a rebuild.
