speedo

my speedo doesn't work below 30 mph now. it started to not work below 15, and it has worked its way up.

i searched and found that this problem is probably the big sensor on the right side of the tranny. i thought the sensors at the axles were for this but i guess they are just for ABS

but does my conclusion sound right? can this sensor be tested?

sure you can test it, get a known working sensor and plug it in and see if it works. if it does, you know it's your sensor, if not, then it's not your sensor.
