Sorry to bother you all with a small qustion, just bought my Z and i am doing little odd jobs with it in my driveway. Anyway, the shift nob that is on is worn and i want to swap it... any suggestions on how to get it off... doesn't seem to want to move. Thanks for your help

It should untwist counter clockwise....if you know you are not going to use that one again...grab some pipe wrenches and give it a tug!

twist and it should just come off, its threaded, but some people seem to have troubles with this, so you may need to use a vice or something to get it off!! =c) good luck

Thanks for the help onthe shift nob... ended up being stripped and thats why it was giving me trouble. I ended up feeling off the leather, cutting off the rubber, then using a wrench or two to get it off. Thanks!
