I will be directing a movie in 5 years. It will be named "Two-Lane blacktop" in honor of the original which was about a cross country rally between a '55 Chevy and a '70 GTO. But instead of 2 cars, my version will have about 200 cars from around the nation. There will be a number of "teams" and I am trying to get the "teams" worked out on paper. I have the script written out, and it is pretty good methinks. I am planning on having one team of JUST Z's, 240Z up to 350Z. I was pondering a head of the "Z's" then it popped in my head... Who else to head this mass other than Rizz himself . I have this etched in very vaguely as of now, but I am planning on elaborating on the part. Even though it isnt a very big part, it will still be pretty cool I would think. I do not want to give too many details concerning the script, but the jist is the race starts in... where else... Wilmington, NC. heads up to VA Beach, loops back down, and heads to Key West where the money will be waiting. In the movie each racer throws in 3000 bucks a peice. So take 200 racers and multiply by $3,000... MMMM Money! Almost half of the cars in the movie gets wrecked in an amazing feat of special visual and audio effects, (all digital of course... Im sure I wont get the multi Million it would cost to wreck them all). (half of those are wrecked on the mile long Key West bridge linking from the islands, to the mainland... "O no, one lane on the bridge has collapsed?!" hehe imagine THAT.) Like I said, I dont want to give out too many details, but that is the jist. Once again this is 5 years in the future, but I wanted to let you guys know, in case this film ever gets off the ground. I am planning on parts for every serious member in this forum. (Such as Rizz, SpudZ, Copper727, AllmyZs, etc. you know, the common guys) You get moola, and get to drive like complete jackasses on closed-off public roads, NO penelties... Can life get any better, I submit it CANNOT. haha. peace

Like I said man, SMALL part. Two or three lines as of now. You would just have to talk some **** to some Honda drivers (hehe). And do you really think any of these other tuners are going to have any idea how to act? Haha, but anyways its cool, I was looking for some racial diversity in the leaders of some of the groups. (People get pissed off about anything dealing with racial superiority) But the star car of the movie goes from R34 GTR (RWD) to R34 Laurel Skyline (4 door) RB26DETT RWD. (hence, the GTR gets wreck) and its driven by a blonde hair blue eyes white guy... So why not have some racial diversity? Like I said, ME personaly, I dont give a **** about race, my best friend is a black guy, but for some reason, others find it neccassary to raise hell about little things such as "NO racial diversity in this movie!" and that lowers ratings. But I'll back to it all in 5 years, when its getting off the ground.

She had the surgery tonight, im heading out to see them in about 5 minutes. It cant be too easy to have someone tell you that when you wake up... You will have only one eye. I cant imagine it. But they are putting in a false one, and attaching it to her muscle, so she will look "normal" as they put it. Man the worlds going to **** around here lately... Then I would have no problem spending some money on your car to make it the eye catcher it will need to be on the screen. Drifting lessons and such as well, for those race shots . I couldnt imagine why Rizz wouldnt want to be for this... Anyways, post some pics of your Zsta, and I'll get a role in the works. I suppose SOMEBODY's got to represent for the Z31's in your movie, Niz. In 5 years time, my Z will hopeful look hollywood worthy enough for your high profile film! But like you said, I guess we'll have to see what happens...

Who knows, maybe I'll have a Z34 by then!

 

Haha, yea Copper I'd deffinately be cool with that. I love your Z. And no Rizz, its not another crazy idea, its for real! I have already started building up and pricing out how much its going to cost. Car wise, equipment wise... But its all in the works for sure. 5 Years seems like a LONG *** time though. But keep in mind, its not Fast and Furious neons everywhere, shooting fake N2O purge. It's going to be REAL shots with REAL cars, animation will be kept to a minimum, unless of course its an unrealistic angle, or a dangerous situation (or if money restricts breathing room). But think about it... over 200 cars tearing down city roads at excess of over 100 miles an hour... And about half of those are wrecked by the end of the movie . NO Z's wrecked naturally. Haha, yea but get back to me with some pics guys, I would love to include all of ya. Peace

Well I spoke with my boss about how much it will cost to import the 3 star Skylines (for those of you who DONT know, I sell Skylines ). I am importing 1998 Skyline GTR R34 for the speed shots, then 2 1998 Skyline GT's R34 for the stunts and such. These R34's will be made to look EXACTLY alike. Then 1997 GTR R33, and 2 1993 Skyline GT R33 made to look like GTR for stunts. 1999 4 Door Skyline GTR R34, and 1 1998 4 door Skyline GT R34 for stunts... Price is $200,000 for all of the Skylines. All customized for the movie... Wow I need some banks on my side for this one . Peace

 

Yea, i've talked to my friend DeLa Sandro down at the movie studios... 9.2million to make this movie probably. And she thinks that I could deffinately get sponsored, the script sounds great and original, she says. O and BADBOYZ2NV, your characters name in the script is Adrian Ramos... Dig man? haha peace

 

Ooo yea, and I checked with my town to see if the roads I need closed off, could be... Seeming as my town is the second biggest movie town in the US, they were very enthusianstic about helping me out, they even have gone so far as to offer ambulance and police support. I am applying for the permits next year, so its all in motion man (O and Im typing that script out, so I can just print and send, I didnt want to photocopy all those pages, haha, peace)

 

This is pretty awesome! I'm excited about this whoel movie thing for you. If you need my help in a ny areas, let me know. I watch a lot of movies, but I'm not a theater major or anyhting, but maybe I can still help on some things. If nothing else at all, I'm asain and white....taht culture thing you were talking about and I was pretty heavely involved in the street racing scene in hs...not the smartest days of my life, but maybe I can help in realism.

One question. This isn't gonna be amovie with a bunch of riced out cars is it? You're not going to make me put a bunch of decals on my car are you? I'm just hoping that this movie won't do what it did to the supra to the Z. I'd hate it if everyone who saw a Z suddenly didn't think it was cool unless it was orange with fat decals all over it.
