problems with new plugs

problems with new plugs
i just put in new double platinum plugs gapped at .040 and the rpm jumps from about 850-1000 constantly when im not on the gas. heres a vid

If they're not NGK, then you should've done your research and found out why NGK are the only plugs that belong in your car.
