No spark
 

Need some help, I have a 1993 300zx that ís Used for road racing. To loss a few pounds, and get rid of all the unneeded wiring, stripped out all the harness except the basics needed for the car to run. The issue I am having is I can not get spark. The ignition and ESSC relays will not energize, because wire 16 from the ECU will not send send a ground signal to the the coils. If I remove that wire and attach the coil wire to ground, the relays pull in, but I still don’t get spark. If I turn the Crank Angle sensor by hand, i here the injector operating. The fuel pump works, just no spark. I have a good ground to the PTU, I have power and a ground to each coil, just not getting the signal from the PTU, I have already installed a new PTU, that did not help. Since the ECM is not allowing wire 16 to go to ground, is that a malfunction, or is there a way to reset it?
Also, is there a way to test to see if the ECU is sending a signal to the PTU?
