need help as soon as possible

well my bolts gotten broken ,,, so I need to take the rotor of from the front wheel .. and I did take of the calipper off but I am having hardtime taking of the rotor .. is there any trick on it or what ,,, ?????? please help.. the car on the jack now

I am not really sure. My rotors are just sitting on there. When I changed the brakes the rotors where really loose and was told that is normal. You might just need to pursuade it a little
