Motor Update Action

Took the Z out tonight for its maiden voyage.

Feels really good. Feels a lot tighter then the other motor, no leaks, its not burning anything. Feels good.

I think theres still a slight miss somewhere that I have to look into, theres a backfire a little bit but after I took it out that cleared it up. Im also running about 1/3 of a can of seafoam with probably only about a gallon of gas so that was making it lean and smokey but so far so good.

Im definitely happy i went with the swap instead of pouring money into other issues.

As far as the other motor went, I pulled off the timing cover and noticed there was absolutely no tension on the lower intake pulley, so the belt was reasonably loose, im assuming thats the issue. The cams are all rusted up and the water pump / thermostat area are pretty corroded and rusted up. The swap was the right thing to do.
