She cool with it. She doesn't understand it, but she's cool with it. She can't see why I spend so much on my cars. I figure I work hard 7 days a week (5 in the office & 2 on the house). I make triple what she does, so end up paying much more of our expenses also. She knows better than to complain.

I'll take lots of pictures.

Don't know what I have now. Don't know where I can find a dyno up here. People up here think a dyno is Fred Flintstone's dog. I'll have to take it to the S.F. Bay Area, or Sacramento for that.

No, later. You'll get comparison photos. It'll be worth the wait.

Didn't you buy a driveshaft?
I see you have suspension replacement or bracing, what about the actual shocks and springs? Have you changed those out already?
No turbo upgrade?
Aluminum pulleys?
Ignition Upgrade? I dunno if you still wanted to go with that?
Ever plan on doing internals or redoing heads?
Cams?

and finally.....

what? No Carbon Fiber Hood?

I do have the driveshaft. I've also installed the Tokico Illumina's and the Eibach Pro's. I also already have the lightweight/underdrive crank and accessory pullies. I'll upgrad the turbo's when the stock ones give up. Same thing with the engine. I'll have Z1 build it for me. The ignition upgrade will come with the turbos. And, um,..no carbon fiber hood. Fugly, IMO

I figured as much.

Even though the hood is lighter, it's not worth the fugly factor.

Honestly, I dont think it would look too bad. I thought my white Z would look nice with gunmetal rims, dark tinted windows, smoked corner lights(z1 motorsports has them), and a CF hood. I dont think that would look too bad. Anyone got a pic of a white z32 with a Black CF hood?

well CF is close to black..and black looks good with white so your almost guaranteed it will ok..not great..but decent..as long as you either get the OEM style or a kickass looking hood that serves function..i see CF hoods on MR2's with scoops...lmao..those must be very fuctional keepts the spare tire and battery cool...

That's a new level of rice. That's probably worse than the dual fin style rear wings I've seen on Geo Metro's.

Its probably a good thing that I didnt mention black stickers all over the sides with a CF Wing .

PLEASE NOTE: This post is only a sarcastic answer to the above post. It was meant as a joke, so please no flaming. (Although I still think the CF hood would look good )

Just to clarify my statement. I wasn't saying the cf on the Z was rice. I was saying the CF hood on the MR2 is rice. Completely unnecessary. Serves no purpose whatsoever. In time, I'll be putting the JDM nose piece and rear wing on it. I'd like to keep it looking stock from the outside. But inside, heh heh heh, not so stock.
