JWT Intake vs. K&N Filters?

I own a 90 N/A and just put 2 K&N Air Filters to replace the stock units. My question is would I've been better off investing the money on an Intake? Which increase your horsepower more given all things are the same?

Thanks for anybodies help!

i know the intake gives you anywhere from 5-7 hp gain the k&N filters ? and if you use your trusty hack saw and remove the CATS thats a nice little 10 to 12 hp gain as well plus the added benefit of an H- pipe where the cats where balances out the exhaust pressure.

they are pretty much the exact same thing, JWT uses the K&N air filter unit...so its not anything different.

about the cats..on a NA that is NOT the 'best' thing to do, you will be loosing an enormous amount of back pressure, which will make your low end not as good..i dont recommend it on NA's, only on TT's

Are there 2 intakes or places to put the filters, even on the N/A Z32? Would you need 2 pop chargers, or 2 K&N filters to complete the job?

you can get a dual intake system, but its not usually done on the NA. there are dual intake kits available, but you need a chip to use all of the added air. but for a NA its not really necessary.
