Just stopped running...HELP!

Hello,
Last week I changed out yet another injector...(rough idle...shorted injector)...than yesterday I was a block from my house making a right turn and the engine just quit...turned off...I can spin it over...I believe it has fuel...but no spark...

I have searched this forum and have found no other posts to such a sudden onset of non-running z...I have repeatedly tried to start the car...checked for loose wire...but have come up with nothing...it did once sputter...but that is it...

Additionally I know that the start transistor has been replaced under the recall...

Any idea's...please help

(Sorry...forgot this bit of pertinent information...1993 NON turbo automatic...)

how many injectors have you replaced?
have you checked the coilpacks and sparkplugs?
do you know when the last time the fuel filter was replaced?

I have replaced 4 total over the last 2 years...
I have not checked the coil packs...spark plugs are new...
I have no idea when the fuel filter was replaced...That is a good suggestion...(not to mention less expensive than say...a ECU...:-)

Any additional info you can provide would be GR8!

Thanks

if you have one of the big owners manuals, you can read in there on how to check your coil packs. if you dont, there is a link for the online one in the z32 general section

you might want to check the TPS mount as well...theres a whole list of stuff youcan look at, ill go look for it

What you're describing sounds like the PTU. Eventhough it was replaced, I'd check that.
