HOLE IN MUFFLER
I was driving my car to school this morning and i noticed how loud it had gotten in the cockpit between 2 and 3k rpm's.(i think the patch from someone patching it up came off) When i got to school, i looked under the car and i see a hole about 2 inches long and 1 and 1/2 inches wide. It sounds cool and all, but i was wondering if i am losing power because of the hole. I didnt notice an increase or decrease in power. If someone could just tell me what i should do about this it would be great.

Re: HOLE IN MUFFLER
yeah i had my self a little rigged exhaust for a while also i rode around with straight pipes for a while and i told everyone it was B&B haha but i started noticing a loss in gas milage which was not cool so you might either want to repatch it or just get a new exhaust system... and may i recomend ANSA these guys are awsome it purs when it idles but when you hit around 5k rpms it freaking roars down the street they are the company that makes exhaust for the Ferarrie(sp) racing team but be careful its a little exspinsive it cost me 700 for just the mufflers and connecting pipes. It widen the original pipes but not by much but it sounds great and actualy added a little but of power on a few hp dont remember exactly how much but a little. anyways later and good luck with what ever you choose
