HICAS

Hi, I'm currently looking at a 1995 TTZ to buy. I know that this year features HICAS. Can someone explain the details of the feature and why people dislike it? Thanks in advance, much appreciated

Re: HICAS

HICAS automagically controls the angles at which the real wheels turn. It is said to help in normal to near extreme driving. Some people dislike it cause they can't predict how the car may act under extreme conditions. I for one don't drive my car on the track and under city conditions and normal driving situations never notice it.

It was converted to an eleectric system in 1994, pre 94 it was hydralic.
