Grinding into fourth and fifth

Yesterday i just replaced my clutch and flywheel because the old clutch gave out. I also did my DP's since i had the tranny out. Anyways once i finished i adjusted my clutch pedal because it had a little play in it. So when i go out to drive it the car shifts fine up until 4th where there is a slight grind. Then 5th gear grinds as well. Im guessing bad syncros but as i was reading it seems like the adjustment of the clutch could have effected it as well. IDK what to start doing first; change tranny fluid with redline mt90, adjust clutch pedal accordingly or get the tranny rebuild?? Need some help in the right direction!

Try tackling the more simple solutions to narrow down the issue, you might not have to rebuild the trans.

I second that. If you didn't have the problem before and now you do then its something you did or forgot to do. Make sure the clutch fork is fully engaging and the clutch is fully releasing the disk. If its not then the trans is not slowing down enough for a smooth transition and you can ruin the dogs and syncro's that way really fast.
