where is the fuse panel and the diagnostic port on a 90 z n/a???

the fuse box is under the footrest on the left side of the driver side. there should be some screws in the very back left, on the plastic cover, and some on the plastic railing on the bottom of the door sill to take out.
as far as the ecu, i dont know that much about it but rizzspeeds got a link that might help you.
