Fuel pressure problem

I have a z32 2+2 1992. I left the car sitting for 3 months and it started up before then but then I went to start it up and it cranks but no start. I don't hear the fuel pump turn on and I get no fuel up to the fuel filter. I'm getting 12v to the fuel pump, put a new fuel pump in, disabled my alarm systems (stock and aftermarket), replaced my relay. what else should I check? what would be other problems?
