Anyone ever heard of it? Is it another one of those "you get what you pay for" kinda things, like the turbonator, or is there a chance it could work? What do you think?

91, the guy that has a car wash up in Lowell, Ar. sells them. He has them on the natural gas lines in his wash and on his vehicles. Swears it does wonders, even showed me some figures it supposedly saves him on his car wash. The figures don't take in the down turn of the wash business into the equation. My natural gas bill this month is only $343 a good month this time of year would be around $900 on the gas bill. Damn near a third of the business. He was wanting to sell me some to put on my boilers. He put one on my dad's 2000 chevy 2x4 and it "DON'T DO SQUAT". The cell does not work on steel or black iron needs stainless steel lines to mount on, at least thats's what Bill(the guy with the other wash) was telling us.
It's just a set of magnets. Take the magnatron out of a busted microwave and strip it down, you will find two round magnetic discs inside, they are powerful enough to pinch the $h!t out of you, try them with a couple of wire ties. Same thing, and won't work either.
