Fan is engaging all the time.
I replaced the fan clutch about 2 month back and the car was working great, but now every time I really step on it the fan clutch turns on and the car gets slower… any ideas???
Is it supposed to do that all the time (im guessing, the fact im in AZ isn’t helping?) Let me know what you think, thanks… |
Re: Fan is engaging all the time.
are you talking about the fan in between the engine and the radiator? that should beon all the time. if you are talking about the fan infront of the radiator, check your temp sensor, b/c i had that same problem....try a ECU diangostic

Re: Fan is engaging all the time.
Im talking about the regular fan in between the engine and the radiator. Yes it is on all the time but it has two speeds...
The second speed usualy did not kick in until an hour or so into driving but now it kicks in as soon as i stomp on it... |
