Coolant Bypass w/pictures
 
I guess no one knew what I was talking about?

Heres some pictures, its the throttle body water jacket bypass.

Here are some pics, the red is where the new hose is going, just let me know if its right.

It's been so long since I did the bypass I don't remember what all was originally there. I removed ALL of the small water lines and welded up the two 5/16" fittings on the heater hose stand pipes so I guess I did more of a removal than a bypass. Are you trying to keep the line that goes under the AAV? If so it would go from one heater pipe under the AAV then to the other heater pipe which looks like what you are doing in the first pic.

Not sure what you are doing in the second pic.

I don't even have an AAV anymore and have had no problems in the winter. I always thought they idled too fast when cold.

The second picture is just running the hose from where the black hose is (on the left) to where the other pipe is (behind the oil pipe coming from the valve cover on the right).

I already deleted the aiv and pvrv or whatever it is, as well as the egr which you can probably see.
