Wanting to adjust my fuel/air ratios and ignition advance- is there anyone that can tell me if it's even possible on a '95 NA with an automatic? If so, will I be able to do it without buying a new ECU? i.e. handheld tuners?? if I can, what do you recommend? I'm not looking for a race car, just a little more performance than a Ford Focus Thanks guys (and gals)

Have you checked your factory service manual for the procedures you are looking for? It's free at XenonZ32.com Reference Let us know if you don't find everything you need...

 

Unfortunately (or I should say fortunately?) these cars require a tune to change parameters such as you mentioned. Not much you can do manually to change the air/fuel maps.
