90+ 300 zx or 3rd gen. supra?
hey which one is better, they both 5 spd, a 90 + na 300 zx or a 3rd generation supra 5 spd turbo or non-turbo, cuz i was thinkin of either gettin a 300 zx or a 3rd generation supra and droppin in a 1jz-gte twin turbo engine, oh and does the 300 zx have any problems? cuz the supra have the blown head gasket problems.

Why would you compare a 300zx NA to a TT Supra? Add to that the fact that this is a Z enthusiast website, I think your gonna be hard pressed to find anyone that would recommend a supra over a Z.

If you were choosing between an N/A Z or a TT Supra why not go for the one with more go? Oh and TT Supras have good head gaskets, my friend has a TT that runs a 12.74 with a stock one, you might see him at Carlsbad raceway in case anyone cares. I think you have them confused with the 87-92 Turbo ones, now those have weak head gaskets.
