1990 300zx Alternatier harness connection
 

1990 300zx, NA 5 speed:

Hello, I have a few little questions...

1. Will a short in the alternator wiringnharness prevent fuel pump from priming ?

2. What would be the outcome of not connecting the alternator harness to the transmission plugs ?

3. I only have power to headlights... All fuese and links look good... where else should I look for this outage.
