Re: 12's??
1) Intake
2) Exhaust (3 inch is way overkill BTW. 2.5 is great)
3) ECU. The stock ECU is not properly mapped out for higher boost levels. Sure you can run higher octane and hope you dont detonate but its better to be safe.
4) Gut pre-cats and put on test pipes. Leave your stock cats alone so you can put them back on later if you need to pass inspection.
5) Greg dupree subframe spacers (or just use washers). This will help eliminate the nasty wheel hop z32s get.
6) Good tires. Drag radials will make it much easier.
That will get you a car that will hit 12's all day long and still be relatively safe and reliable (assuming your engine is in good shape, etc etc).
91 300ZX TT. Lots of mods, check Rides under my Profile if you are interested.

Re: 12's??
Test Pipes are around 350 from Greg Dupree...search classifieds of twinturbo.net. Basically, a good driver could get into the 12's at Stage 3 and it's been done. I would say drag radials, good driver, and Stage 3 at 15 psi will get you into the 12's.
