Wiring Harness problem? No start/ spark

I bought a well-cared for 1990 with bad injectors a few months ago. I took my time and replaced the injectors, connectors, gaskets and almost every vacuum hose and fuel line. When I was finished, the car started and idled, sounded fine. While I was running it I had a couple vacuum lines disconnected to the balance tube and EGR, but the car ran as well as it should with the big vacuum leaks. After about five minutes of run time, the car sputtered, died and has since been dead in the water.

Before replacing the injectors, I only had a code 55. Now I have codes 11, 12, 13, and 21. I tested the CAS , came out OK. I put in a new PTU, another forum told me that would be the likely candidate as I do not see any spark. However, according to TwinTurboTim, the ground for the PTU should have a measurable Ohm reading. On both my old and new PTU the ground reads 0 ohms. My PTU is new style and all connectors are in good condition.

The only trail I can follow is that it seems that nearly everything on thhat part of the wiring harness is throwing a code. I don’t know how this could be.

I am at a loss.
