Thermostat bolt specs
 

Hi all!

I am looking for the specs for the 6mm hex bolt that goes in the thermostat pipe on a 94 300zx. The last person who replaced it did not put it back and The dealership has to order the part that will take 4-5 days. I'm hoping to find a replacement part at a hardware store as I really need to get my car going. The part# is 11061AA. TIA!

I'm almost no help.. other than to say the T-Stat Housing has 2 hex nuts, and one Socket Head Cap Screw.. The Cap Screw is the Same Size as the Three Above it on the Water Outlet Flange..

I have a Bag of the Hex Cap Screws on my bench at home.. where I can put my hands on them this Evening.. as I've had to change them due to poor hex wrench fit. had to drill one of the hex heads off.. No Fun.. It's WAY back there..

Just Checked the Bolts I used.. they are

8*1.25*30MM Socket Head Cap Screws

If I remember corectly, the Bolts that came out were a little Shorter..

Like 8*1.25*28MM.. but these work..
