for some reason my lowbeams and highbeams are on at the same time,but their dim. my fuel level warning light doesnt come on,and my highbeam indicator light is on,but is also dim.the right side is alittle brighter thou.......cant figure it out.

 

Sounds like a short in your headlight wires, somewhere towards the right side. That is where I would look first.

 

You haven't had an alarm installed recently, have you? The easiest place to hook into the parking lights is by the light switch on the left side dash pod. The parking lights and headlights all run into the same harness. It's easy to get to, so it's worth a shot.
