omg so happy i didn't trade my z
 

So guys i was going to trade my z for mk4 supra 2 weeks ago because of the hard time i was having with it.

but decided to pull engine out and rebuild.

i was off work for 2 weeks so perfect,me and my buddy went at it like 12 hrs a day kinda thing for the past 2 weeks.

:026::026::026::026::026::026:here are some of the things we done
-head studs ,new piston rings,ported manifold,750 cc injectors,fuel pump,hks

electronic boost controller, front mount inter cooler,down pipe,apexy full cat

back,flywheel ect... most of this parts i got from a front clip i bought guess that thing was built fully.

so today me and bud went for a rip.guess what? i all most pooped my pants.

the thing was like a rocket at 16 psi. omg i was very very surprised and impressed. so glad i kept my z . :) cant wait for dyno on Tuesday :038:

Grats on getting the car running, sounds like a lot of fun !! Lucky to have a donor with all the choice parts. Get us some pics posted asap, before you crash that BEAST :)

and to answer your question i had a really funny ejector that didn't work proper in cy2
and the other issue was same cy piston ring was somehow getting stuck in piston groove and give me perfect compression when cold and dead when hot.

it's like the thing was hunted that's why it drove me nuts . i'm happy now :) that's all that matters.

haha yea i'm not gonna smash her ever.that would kill me.and yea you are right so much easier when you have pretty much every part you need infront of you.

she will be parked in ma garage over winter for full wire tuck and vac and pressure line delete. should be fun cheers bro

SO guys today i had a chance to dyno my z.i end up getting 341whp and 300 ft lbs of torque at stock psi. then jack it up to 16 psi i got 429 whp and 350 ft lbs of torque very impressed.

anyone got anything close to this after some work? what do you guys think not too bad ha?

Especially considering how you felt about your Z not long ago!
