Ok so i got into a little fender bender last week (side marker on the front bumper passenger side), and the moment i hit the other car my dashboard lights went off, high beams activated (i can't change to low beams but i can turn them off tough) no stop lights either...do you have any ideas on what could it be???

 

Did you hit the switch with your hand when you impacted? Could have broken the multifunction switch internals which are leaving the high beams switch on. The dash board lights however are receiving power from the same source as the marker lights so if you shorted the marker lights when you busted the one it probably blew the fuse which caused everything to go out.

2nd on fuses - something may have shorted in the accident (happened to me once)

 

Its your fuse or a broken connection on that circuit. I was working on the stereo and I accidentally didn't clip the illumination wires (which come off the headlight circuit, presumably to dim or brighten the display on the stereo) and I shorted out the top right fusible link (I think it was the top right) under the drivers side kick panel. Its 10 A and red. just check that to begin with...
