Hey guys I jus bought a 91 300zx with a blown engine and I was wondering if the tt engine will fit and work with the non turbo 5 speed transmissions ?

Yes. Buy an entire front clip from www.czp.us or www.300zx.com. If you buy just the engine, you'll spend a year accumulating all the little parts you need; the clip comes with everything in one shot.
And your NA 5-speed is the same as the TT 5-speed, except the bell housing is slightly different (you'll have to shim the starter so as not to interfere with the larger TT flywheel, but they sell shim kits for it).
