Need Help my 1994 zx !!!

When i turn on my car its good but i start to accelerate on park and whn i let go it turns off....also when its on drive im driving at about 20mph and it takes long to shiftt its an auto by the way non turbo.' HELP!!

Have you tried pulling the ecu diagnostic codes?

Could be your IACV or TPS. Check for any codes see if anything comes up.
