Name that connector....
Ok, its been a while but its time to show the Z some love again. I have a few projects lined up and one is trying to figure out why my AC fan no worky. While I was testing the relays I came across this connector...

I checked my Z and neither are connected to anything. Mine are capped off with rubber caps. I took the tape off to get a good look at it to make sure, then taped it up with new electrical tape.

I suspect it's so that Nissan can use the same harnesses in other cars. It's probably a sensor or function that the Z32 doesn't have.
Or perhaps is has to do with the headlight washers on Canadian Z's? Either way, it's nor for something USDM Z32 related. |
The FSM wiring diagram only shows two "check connectors" in that area of the harness. Being single wire connectors, they don't do much.
