Leaking T-tops?

Hi.. I'm new here, and I had a quick question. My t-tops have been leaking for quite some time now, and normally it's just a very slow drip that lands into either the passenger's or driver's seat. A while back I cleaned out the edges of the t-tops to hopefully get a more secure fit, and it stopped leaking as much. However, this morning, after a very heavy rain last night, the floor mat behind my passenger's seat was completely soaked. The seat wasn't wet (like it normally would be if it was leaking from its normal spot) just the floor mat and under the floor mat. And it was only behind the passenger's seat, not the driver's. Nothing else was wet... I'm not really sure what caused it b/c I don't see how a leak from the t-top would have landed there. (And no, I didn't leave my window open during the rain.) Any help/comments/ideas as to what could be the cause of this would be appreciated... my car is all damp and smelly now... :(

umm...the only thing i can think of would be to try and recreate the rain.
Sit in the car and have someone run water over the car. concentrate on the t-tops only. Sooner or later, you're bound to find your leak.
