How Much is the Shell of a z32 Worth?

I recently posted a thread about my 300zx n/a automatic and the potential to do a 5-speed swap. I decided to undertake the project and began looking for the parts i need.

So I have a good relationship with a one of the only parts yards in town that have 300zx's. I went down to the yard to check out what they had and found a nice 300zx not sure the year its a n/a 5-speed white and very clean, the car is missing a headlight and a intake cover piece. It has 115,000 miles. The car has a knock and motor needs replaced. And i just happen to have a great motor already just ready to drop in... Its just more feasible to buy the whole car and put a motor in it versus doing the swap on the other car. Just saves me a ton of work.

The thing is i DO NOT need two 300zx projects My current car is a 90 Baby Blue and is very clean too, body has a 140,000 miles on it. But is essentially just a shell at this point in my project. I have the old tranny and motor but they both need work...

I decided i have to figure out what the hell im doing with the baby blue 300zx before i buy the white one. Of coarse i could fix it with time and money once i finish the white 300zx. But i dont want a parts yard at my house. I have a budy that wants to buy the baby blue car from me but i dont know what it is worth at this point. I know its easier to find a good motor and tranny than it is to find a clean body. So im debating on fixing it then selling it or selling the shell to my buddy..

Anyone have any idea what the shell of the Baby Blue 300zx is worth? I have pics of the car on my profile..

*Azure Blue Pearl.

I sold a rust-free 90 rolling chassis (no seats, no tail lights, no sway bars, no driver's side door glass, other parts cannibalized) with 140k for $1000. Use that as a basis for comparison... more parts -> more money, rust -> less money.

I sold a grey shell with literally no parts for 27 dollars... that's all the scrap yard would give me for it.... :)
