Fuse box in front of the battery

Fuse box in front of the battery
So there is a small rectangular fuse box in front of the battery, facing the front of the car. This however is not what surprised me when I looked( i hadn't noticed it before). What did surprise me was the fuse marked:
FL30A, "SKID CONT". "What the hell?" I thought to myself. Z32 don't have skid control, do they? It's a '95, does everyone have this fuse?
