I have a leak that is coming from the drivers side of the engine. Im not sure if its boost leak or vacuum leak. The car will start but shut off unless I keep my foot on the accelerator and keep pressure on it. I rigged up a broom and looked for the leak, but I cant find it. Its loud enough to hear from inside the car but I still cant locate it. It sounds like its coming from underneath the manifold or near the turbo. I have tighten the 2 hoses on the Turbo that I could see but I still have the same problem. Please help a newbie out.

 

Update, I found the leak. It was a massive vacuum leak on the IACV. The Idle adjust screw was completely gone. I ordered a new IAVC, it should arrive in a week. I don't know how I missed it, I'm just glad I didn't remove the engine!
