1996 300zx tt question

hey guys, I'm looking to buy a 300zx soon. I think I found one, but I'm not quite sure about the price. Let me know what you guys think a fair price is for this car. it's modded and very well maintained.

This car is beautiful.. but the seller is asking for $14,000. Not sure if this car is in THAT good of shape, however I'm hoping he will be willing to accept around $12,000.

I figured I would ask people who know z32s the best, so let me know y'alls opinions. Thanks.

P.S. Car comes with stock main cat and oem wheels.

This car will be my daily driver.

There are tons of mod'd Z32TT's for sale all over the internet. I'm sure you could find another to compare.
