1990 300zx na (1997 altima radiator and electric fan attempt)

okay I know all hardcore pulley fan fanatics are going to comment on this however... I used to have a 1997 Nissan Altima and they rear ended me and totaled the car I had installed a brand new oem radiator so I pulled it out along with the dual fans attached to it.

my 300zx NA auto radiator has a small crack and it leaking fluid aswell as overheating when I turn on the AC.

so im in my garage and looking at the altima radiator and it looks very similar to the 300zx one. so i look up the dimensions and the Altima one is 3/4 of an inch deep the z is 1inch the Altima one is just 1mm less wide than the z one and it is half an inch shorter. the bottom mounting points are the same the top ones are not but that's not a huge deal since the mounting brackets can be relocated quite easily. again this is dimensions on paper.... i decided to measure with my tape measure and the only difference i really saw is the plastic parts at the top and bottom ... the transmission lines are in the same place and the hose lines line up.

I am planning to put them in. now i know the twin turbo upgrade is better and that the stock fan has more cfm and all that.

im willing to try it and ofcourse will revert to stock if it fails i just need input on what temperature the thermostat opens at so i can buy the right sensors for the dual speed fans ... any input would be appreciated. again i don't want critics just information. im willing to try a new setup that as far as i can see has not been tried yet.

I actually have it working well, I am very surprised of how easy it was. the radiator was a direct fit.. the bottom mounting points are identical and the hoses for the trans and engines require no modifications at all. I wired the fans together and had to trim very little on the sides of the fan housing ..i have both of them turn on at low speed which seems to provide more than enough cooling. there is also a noticeable power and accelaration increase.... however ... the fans pull alot of power and my alternator is clearly struggling to meet the demand. is there a good retro fit that would work 130A+? I would get a high output one designed for the Z but they go for 300+ and getting a new stock one would be pointless if in going to be maxing out the power
