Hey everyone. I got a 1993 na slicktop a while back and have been improving it ever since. I have two problems for yall to help me with.

PROBLEM ONE
So i bought kyb gr2 struts and tein h tech springs. When i purchased the struts it was in a package that included rubber parts and boots. i got it and nothing is labeled. i dont know what i still need, although i know i need the top mount. I tried compressing the old strut and getting the parts from it but the shaft kept spinning and i dont have an impact. So i am wondering what parts i need to order from zspeed. I took pictures of everything i have.

Guessing these white things fit in the boots

These are my old struts if anyone can point out what i would need from them. As far as i know i just need the top mount. I could not remove it because the top nut kept spinning the shaft as well. I was told an impact gun would work but i dont have one.

My second issue is the ball joints. I dont know how to remove the rubber cone piece i need for the new ones shown in the picture below. I tried pliers but i dont want to break it. I was thinking maybe if i get the ball joint remover it will pop the cone off as i remove the ball joint?

Any help or advice or diagrams would be much appreciated. I have been searching the internet for a diagram on the kyb strut assembly to see what i was missing but cant find much at all.
