rims and calipers
so i got a set of tsw trackstar 5's. and the spoke of it baaarely hits the front caliper where it says "nissan" , back has enough clearance but idk what to do for the front one. any suggestions? i was thinking of wheel spacers
thanks for looking/helping lol |
Have you tried grinding a little off the caliper? :102:

not yet, you think its a good idea to shave off maybe a quarter inch off the nissan logo on the caliper?

I suggest these two options:
#1: Sell the wheels and buy a set that is actually meant to fit a Z32. #2: Use wheel spacers... but first, take precise measurements ("measure twice -I say 'thrice'-, cut once" rule) to make sure spacers will actually work. :D |
get some washers and see how many it takes to get the rim to stop grinding the caliper then measure the thickness of all the washers. and get some spacers....prob looking from 5-10mm IF its like you say just barely rubs
