Camber Issues!

Hey guys. This is my first posts so here goes nothing!

My '91 Z32 was lowered by the previous owner and they didn't compensate the camber once they did it. Now there is negative camber (top of wheel leaning towards car) and I'm blowing through tires with inner wear. I also suspect that some parts of the suspension have gone bad because 230k miles is a lot and I'm not sure if/when the suspension has been maintenanced.

Also, when I break from high speeds the front of the car jiggles rather intensely, so bad tension rods or something?

Any who, I was looking at buying front + rear adjustable control arms (http://www.ebay.com/itm/8-pcs-lot-RED-Camber-Toe-Traction-Tension-Control-Arm-for-NISSAN-90-96-300zx-z32-/111813340014?hash=item1a08982b6e) but want to make sure it'll knock out all my problems once installed.

I'm not experienced in this department but have a friend who is better suited to help me install.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I love this car and want the best for it..

Thanks guys!
