In need of new Z32 tail lights...

I plugged the stock harnesses in and the light on my dash went off. The problem is the stock harness from my 90TT are not compatible with the JDM lights. The only bulbs that appear different are the turn signal bulbs. They are also the only bulbs that are different from my OEM bulbs... Shouldn't these be plug and play? Any ideas or suggestions?
